Counselling will provide you with a safe, confidential space to explore what is causing you distress or making your life difficult. Counselling can be a rewarding and life affirming experience but it can also be an emotionally draining and physically exhausting process. We therefore encourage each client to identify and implement self care strategies.

Our aim is to support and guide you to work through your presenting problem and to resolve or put in place tools to manage this. Therapy will be focused on you and tailored to your specific needs and abilities.

In working closely with your therapist you will build the therapeutic relationship and you may even look forward to your sessions; to having someone to listen without judgement and to be there with you in your darkest time without worrying that you cannot explore your pain.
